The beautiful mountain views from the outdoor dining area made our breakfast experience delightful and set a positive tone for our days.
However, the room we stayed in was damp and poorly maintained, with a lack of basic toiletries, which made our stay less comfortable than expected.

missingWrote a review on 24 Octlimited breakfast
The room I got was older and quite humid, which made it uncomfortable. , The breakfast options were limited and not very appetizing, with some items tasting stale. , There was a party during my stay that went on late into the night, disrupting my sleep. , The pool was closed for a significant part of my time here, which was a disappointment since I was hoping to relax by the water.

the hotel is sooo pretty, but the event woudl have been nice to know about instead of being disturbed until 2am. Also, as a guest, I thought I might’ve deserved a personal welcome gift or at least an upgrade after such noise, but apparently that’s too much to expect here. come on, El Eden.

The outdoor area was refreshing, perfect for unwinding in the sun. The room service was attentive too (very prompt! ). Housekeeping kept everything in top shape.
Some amenities could be improved, like having more dining options available in the evenings.

Incredible experience, especially the beautiful grounds and the delicious Tilapia at dinner. The game room felt a bit neglected, but overall I’d visit again!

Beautiful views but needs improvement
The mountain views were amazing, perfect for relaxing. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch too, but our room was a letdown. Spiders on the bed and basic things like soap were missing. Just wasn't what I expected for the price. Service was okay, but the reception could use a friendlier vibe.
